  I was happy with the travel trailer I purchased and to date have no issues. But after the sale, once you leave the lot it is as if you were never there. Once I returned home I realized I left some personal items on my trade and called Dan Hayden twice and sent an email, that was a few weeks ago. I still have not heard back. The items weren't all that valuable, but to not even receive an acknowledgement, or even a follow up?
  
  Here it is over a month later, my temporary plates expired on 11/02 and I still have not received my tags. I left 3 messages for Mike Williams in the past two days and still have not received a call back in regards to when I can expect my plates. No matter what extension you call no one answers, and ext. 5 & 6 do not work.
  
  This is the worst dealer I have ever done business with. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bunch. They will call you as many times as it takes to get the sale, but after you sign the paper they act like they don't know you.
